You can count on Tom Cruise to leave fans awestruck with the poster of his next action-packed installment, Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One.
Social media has been buzzing all over with the announcement of Cruise’s seventh Mission: Impossible installment. Dead Reckoning Part One has managed to become of the highly anticipated movies of 2023.
We finally get to see the first official poster of the movie tweeted by the makers with a caption that read: “Here’s the official poster for #MissionImpossible-Dead Reckoning Part One starring @TomCruise. Only in theatres July 2023.”
Looking at the poster of the new sequel, anyone would get goosebumps as Tom can be seen seemingly soaring through the blue sky with a motorcycle plummeting below him.
The acclaimed Jack Reacher actor, who’s been known for performing each and every stunt in the film by himself, has once more left fans dumbfounded with the epic motorcycle stunt that he practically performed himself in this latest installment.
A couple of months back, the filming crew shared a behind-the-scenes video of the poster shoot. In the video, the 60-year-old actor can be seen riding an off-road motorbike off a lengthy ramp that cuts off a high cliff. At the beginning of the video, he himself claims “it’s the most dangerous stunt [he has] ever attempted.”
He had to train vigorously for a year. From base-jumping training to 30 skydives a day, and over 13,000 motocross jumps, all culminating into one mega stunt; speeding off a huge ramp (which by the way he attempted six times in a single day), all for the sake of thrill and entertainment.
Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One is a spy thriller film directed by Christopher McQuarrie and is a direct sequel to the 2018 installment, Mission: Impossible – Fallout. The feature film is reportedly expected to release on July 14, 2023.
